To date, our founders have facilitated the creation of nearly 200 homes, with the potential to offer safe homes to more than 500 individuals who need it most. Our commitment extends well into the future, with a prospective pipeline of over 560 houses across various locations.

CAAM™Co's directors played a pivotal role in initiating and facilitating the multi-level residential apartment complex located within 10 kilometres of Melbourne CBD. Regarded as a benchmark for its emphasis on exceptional and considered design, durability, and innovative features, this development holds the capacity to provide accommodation for over 200 individuals who require safe, secure, and affordable housing.
